• Palm Fruit Receiving and Storage

Workers receive palm fruit and transport it to the factory for weighing. Then pour it into the palm fruit slope for storage. When it is necessary to process, open the discharge door and the palm fruit will fall to the conveyor and transport it to the sterilizing section.

• Sterilizing Section

Using high temperature to prevent the palm fruit from continuing to rancid. Palm fruit is steamed at 300KPa for 30 minutes, reducing the activity of the enzyme and preventing the acid price from rising.

• Threshing Section

Palm fruit accounts for 60% of palm fruit bunches. In this section, rotating cylinder is used to separate palm fruit.

• Separation Section

This section mainly destroys the palm peel and separates the palm pulp and nuts. Crush the palm flesh, destroy the nucleus and prepare for the next squeeze.

• Palm Oil Pressing section

Spiral palm oil press machine is adopted to extract oil from the palm fruit. After pressing, the crude palm oil that is mixed with water, cake (fiber cake) are obtained.

• Crude Palm Oil Filtration

The palm oil filter machine is used to separate the fibers in the crude palm oil. The oil water is then separated by precipitation. After separation, the oil was filtered and dried under vacuum for pure and clean crude palm oil.

• Palm Oil Refining

Honduras Palm Oil Production Industry

Honduras is a country in Central America that is the largest producer of palm oil. It holds approximately 45 percent of palm oil that is produced in the whole of Central America. It is the seventh largest producer in the whole world. Honduran palm oil processors export the 50% they produce, and the local industries consume the rest. When and how did the industry begin? African oil palm which originates from West Africa was introduced in Honduras in the year 1927. Most of Honduras is covered with rainforest thus its climate is conducive to growing African oil palm.
